Preorder Policy and Shipping Timeframes
When you place an order containing a preorder item, your item is being reserved for you. Once in stock, items will ship within 48 hours. Expected preorder ship dates are noted on each product page, but are subject to change depending on the manufacturing. Canceled preorders will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
Potential Shipping Delays
Due to high order volume during our SALE periods, there will be a delay in shipping orders. Please allow additional time for your order to ship. Expedited orders will be shipped out right away. We will try our very best to minimize the delay and process your order as soon as possible.
We do our best to have accurate inventory. During SALE periods it is possible that out of stock items will occur, and we will offer substitutions when possible.
We ship via USPS and UPS. If you would like to have your package expedited or insured, or if you would like for us to use a different shipping method, or if you need your package by a specific date, or if you would like signature confirmation, please contact us via email at email@example.com or phone 1-800-393-5840 as soon as you place your order. Additional fees may apply. Little Skye is not responsible for stolen packages that are delivered to the shipping address provided, or for packages delayed or lost by the shipping carrier. All packages valued over $500 will be shipped via UPS with a signature confirmation required.
Typically, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order of in stock items. We ship from our store in Ridgewood, New Jersey so the time it will take for your order to arrive to you varies based on your location.
Little Skye is not responsible for lost international orders, custom or duty fees, or any additional fees imposed by your local company or shipping company. We also cannot control customs and we are not responsible for customs delays. Accurate invoices and customs forms will be included with all International orders, including orders shipped to Canada. International orders will be shipped when they are completely in stock. International and Canadian shipping fees will be calculated in real time based on the weight of the order.
Corresponding sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to New Jersey and New York as required by law.
