Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so returns and exchanges meeting the conditions below will be accepted.  This policy applies to all preorder and in stock purchases.  

Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, and sent via a trackable method. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will ship back to you at no charge. 

Returns sent back to us within 30 days of the ship date are eligible for a full refund. Returns postmarked back to us within 60 days of order shipment are eligible for a store credit, and returns will not be accepted after 60 days.    If you received a gift from our store, you may exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit.   Little Skye does not do price adjustments.

Clearance items that are 50% off or more, and items that were special ordered for you, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders shipped internationally are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for measurements if you are ordering internationally and need help with sizing.
You will be notified via email when we receive your return.  Please note that it can take up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to be reflected in your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses this policy. 


If you would like to return or exchange an item, please complete the form on the back of your packing slip. Include this form in your return package.   Returned items that do not meet the return policy guidelines will be returned to you.
